About Nelson Lake
Below the dam is the Totogatic Flowage, covering approximately an additional 1,600 acres containing wild rice beds and plenty of vegetation, thereby creating a haven for fish, ducks and game.

Nelson Lake was created by the damming of the Totogatic River and covers an area of approximately 3,166 acres with a maximum depth of 38 feet. Here you will find the finest in fishing for walleye, bass, northern pike, crappies, bluegills and perch.
Our resort is located in a sheltered cove with beautiful surroundings visited by deer and other wildlife.
